I have disabled the shopping cart because I simply have not found the time to figure it all out. However, if you see a painting in my portfolio that you would like a print of then I would be happy to consider making a print for you - just contact me with your request.

Shipping Policy
I ship all orders placed throughout the week on Monday. Contact me if you have an urgent request. I check my email at least once every day. Shipping is included in all prices within the Continental U.S.
Disclaimer
The actual image you receive may look slightly different than what you see on the monitor. It is very difficult to take photos of paintings and then show them to you accurately on a monitor. Many things affect this such as the lighting when the photo was taken of the painting, how the camera recieved the light and color, and how your monitor is showing the light and colors. In any case, the actual image that you receive will always look much better than what you see on the monitor.
Commissions
About
Painting a commission is HARD. Why? Because sadly we can't read each other's minds. You can paint, for example, an apple in an infinite number of ways. This presents a problem because you may come to me and ask me to paint portraits of your children but you probably have something very specific in mind (or you mightn't have anything in mind but still subconsciously want it to look a certain way in the end) and that something is very difficult to explain to me. However, should you choose to take the risk and hire me then you will need to provide me photos (very high quality) of what you want me to paint, and you will need to think long and hard about what you want the painting to look like. For example, loose and wild, tight and controlled, colorful, neutral, light and airy, heavy and dark, warm, cool, etc... It could be a good idea to point to examples from my portfolio of what style you are attracted to. Regardless of how much explaining you do, however, it will never end up looking exactly like what you are picturing. I will do my very best but there is always the risk that you won't end up loving it in the end and you will still be obligated to pay for the painting.
Price
$1,000 per square foot. (this price is negotiable depending on the subject matter and the style you want me to paint the painting in).
If you are wanting a portrait then add $1,000 per head to the square footage price.
This may seem like a ton of money and it is a ton of money but I'm not a speed street painter and it takes me a loooong to time to paint commissions. So, it isn't really worth it to me for less than this.
Illustration and Design Work

If you would like to hire me to illustrate or design any number of things (art for a kids room, modern art, business cards, etc...) for you then contact me and we will work out a deal and shake on it :) Illustration and design work will generally be much less pricy than commissioned fine art.
